Counter protesters outnumber and block Democratic Football Lads Alliance march in Central London

On Saturday 13th October around 2,000 anti-fascist and anti-racist counter protesters blocked off a march by the DFLA, which was originally intended to go from Park Lane to Trafalgar Square.

Counter protesters, made up of trade unions and other working class groups, met the DFLA – who turned out about 1,500 people – at Pall Mall. DFLA marchers turned violent, attempting to break through police lines and reportedly making making threats to kill.
